Property Management
We provide leasing, tenant management, accounting & reporting, and conventional property management to upkeep property value.
We are looking for:
- Newly completed apartments/condos (5-150 units)
- Apartments/condos built/renovated in recent 3 years (5-150 units; occupancy rate≥ 80%)
Joint Venture
We act as a development operator for newly-built and value-added properties.
We are looking for:
- land for apartments (20-100 units) in core urban area in California.
